We use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to assist us in understanding how people use the Services and related marketing and promotions.     • As may be necessary for the operation of our Platform;

5. Google Drive Integration

ByePaper integrates with Google Drive to store and manage documents. All files and folders created or accessed through ByePaper are stored directly in your Google Drive folders under you control. We do not store your documents on our servers.

  • We use the following scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive — to manage files and folders created through ByePaper only.
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google account permissions page.

6. Use of AI (OpenAI)

To process, understand, and generate tasks from documents, ByePaper sends document content to OpenAI’s API. This is done securely and in real time. We do not retain any content passed to OpenAI once processing is complete.

  • ByePaper adheres to the principle of least privilege — we only send data that is necessary for task comprehension and execution.

7. AI Technologies and Automated Processing

  • Data Processing: The Open AI system process data you provide, including document content, metadata, user activity, and task completion history. Our AI does not make significant decisions about you without human oversight.
  • Transparency and Control:
    • Disclosures: We clearly indicate when AI is used to generate content, classify documents, or assist in decision-making.
    • User Right: You may request human review of AI-generated outcomes, opt out of certain automated processes, or submit feedback.
  • Third Party Services: By using our platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI’s systems. We encourage you to review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for more details on how they handle user data.
  • Limitations and Accuracy: AI models are constantly evolving, and while we work to ensure accuracy, they may sometimes produce unexpected or inaccurate results. We encourage you to review and verify any output generated by Open AI tool.
